New Homes

Initial Design Consultation

The first meeting usually takes up to 1 hour at no cost to you.

We will discuss your design requirements, services that you require, external consultants needed and the fees for our services.

Preliminary Design

At this stage other services may be required e.g. Site Visit, Contour Plan, Services Location, Engineering Consultant or Town Planning Consultant.

With this information we can proceed with preliminary drawing and 3D images as required. During the design process it may be necessary to have further consultations to refine the design to your needs.

The plans we provide for you at this stage are suitable to take to a builder for an estimated build cost.

Working Drawings

If you are happy with the builders estimate we then prepare full working drawings for the development application (building approval). The finished documents will include some or all of the following:- floor plans, elevations, sections, site plan, bracing layout, floor framing plans, detail drawings, energy assessment, 3D images, blank floor plans for electrical layouts and floor finishes.

Other Projects

Projects such as multi residential and commercial buildings will generally require more steps in the process e.g. Town Planning Applications, Drainage Design and Building Code Compliance Checks.

Fees

Building project plans can vary greatly so it is very difficult to provide costs. However if you give us a call we can arrange a consultation to discuss your project and fees. Remember the first hour is at no cost.
